Role: Volunteer Wellbeing Administrator
Department: Community Safety Unit
Location: Priory Road, Hull
Hours: 8 Hours per week (Flexible)
Contract: Permanent
Humberside Police are looking for someone to join them in their Health and Wellbeing department as a Volunteer. In this role you will support the Occupational Health team with general day to day admin duties. You will play a crucial role in helping to support bringing new Police Officers and staff to Humberside Police. This is a great way to gain some experience and enhance your CV!
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist with the implementation and support of the wellbeing process.
- To provides administration support to the Occupational Health and wellbeing team. This could include scanning, printing, event planning, contact calls to officers and staff and asset management.
- Works with Wellbeing Co-ordinator and Health, Wellbeing & Safety team to create a harmonised approach to wellbeing for the force.
- Performs such other duties as reasonably correspond to the general character of the post
Skills and knowledge required:
- Knowledge of the promotion of health and wellbeing in the workplace, Data protection and Equality Act Principles.
- Has experience of working in a busy office environment dealing with confidential information.
- Can use Microsoft software application, including MS office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Pre – Employment Checks and Eligibility:
