Specialist Investigator - Major Crime
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PIP2 qualified investigator to support some of the most demanding, complex and challenging investigations dealt with by Thames Valley Police. This will include the opportunity to further your skills through additional training and apply them in a demanding yet incredibly rewarding environment.
The successful candidate will have proven and well evidenced experience in an investigative role preferably in major or serious crime cases, and proven ability to adapt their communication style to a diverse range of audiences and situations and to remain emotionally resilient.
Must have capability to travel, sometimes at short notice, to different locations across the Force and undertake all assignments in a timely manner. Due to hours and personal safety for lone working, public transport may not be suitable. For this reason a full driving licence is considered essential for this role.
Please note this role currently attracts a hard to fill payment of £500.00 per annum split as £125.00 per quarter.
