Victim Satisfaction Call Back Volunteer

We are looking for volunteers with a friendly and calm telephone manner and a good knowledge of IT to make calls to victims of crime and carry out a short satisfaction survey with them. This involves reading up on the incident on our command and control system, to gain an understanding of what has happened, asking a set of survey questions and then recording the findings. Anything positive or negative in the victim experience is reported to the team manager for investigation.

This role is part of a small team and is based within the Warwickshire Police Crime Control Centre on Warwick Technology Park.
