We are looking for someone to #JoinUs as an M365 Centralised Manager in the Joint Digital Services Division.

About the team/Department you will be joining:
- The Joint Digital Services Division (DSD) delivers a joint digital strategy across Gwent Police and South Wales Police to enable both forces to develop and implement new ways of working and deliver policing to our communities.
- The role will sit alongside the eServices Team, within the Research Development & Transformation branch of DSD, which is charged with improving services through the use of technology.
- Our office is based at South Wales Police Headquarters in Bridgend, but we offer a smarter working policy which provides the flexibility of hybrid working, combining working from the office and from home.
About the role and your key responsibilities:
- The role will work alongside the eServices Team and will be assisting in the management and delivery of existing and new M365 applications for both South Wales Police and Gwent Police.
- The role will assist in the professional, proactive, and dynamic development and implementation of the Microsoft 365 (M365) applications and services across South Wales Police and Gwent Police.
- They will be actively involved in activities that look to roll out new M365 applications across both forces as well as support users with existing applications.
- Supporting a small team of Technical Development Officers in their work around M365.
- To manage the development of training and communications materials to encourage utilisation of M365 products.
- Contribute to the identification, proposal and implementation of developments and improvements to the area, unit or project for the mutual benefit of the force and customers, utilising M365 products and services.
What skills and experience do we need you to bring to the role:
- If you have experience in incident and problem management, we would love to hear from you.
- We are looking for someone who has experience in Project Management
- Must be computer literate and proficient in all Microsoft 365 applications.
- Must have an awareness of the importance of audit/compliance checks.
- Must have excellent organisational skills and be able to manage complex and competing issues simultaneously.

The successful Candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to MV/SC Vetting.
