Chief Taser Instructor

CED (Taser) training carries an element of risk in both its delivery and meeting the requirements of the CED STRA. To develop and deliver to Conducted Energy Device (CED) training, ensuring all students and staff are confident, knowledgeable, and skilled to required standards. Is responsible for the development, management and delivery of STO accredited Taser training within Lincolnshire Police, in line with the annual training plan to meet the capability and capacity requirements identified in the CEDSTRA. Ensure all Taser training is curriculum compliant. Always demonstrate the force values by being open, courageous, fair and inclusive and in accordance with the principles of the Code of Ethics. The aim of the Code of Ethics is to support each member of the policing profession to deliver the highest professional standards in their service to the public.
