We are looking for someone to #JoinUs as an Intern Developer in our eServices RD&T Team. Could you be who we are looking for?
About the team/Department you will be joining:
- We are a small team based in the DSD department who oversee the process of creating Mobile and web applications to further support the rest of the force.
- We are a small team who work remotely across the force.
- We mainly work either from Bridgend HQ or from home. One day in office, the rest are from home. Availability to come into office more than once a week.
About the role and your key responsibilities:
- This role will support the internal web and mobile applications with coordination of other team members to work with the availability of resources.
- Advice and guidance, providing support for users and investigation of problem/issues.
- The key responsibilities would be to develop your organisation and planning skills, help with technical support, carry out analysis of data to provide solutions.
What skills and experience do we need you to bring to the role:
- Working towards an IT/Software development degree or equivalent
- Ability to communicate complex topics with customers, and management of multiple pieces of work
- Working knowledge of the Software development lifecycle and the understanding of general project management
