Job Description
The specialist role supports the Intelligence Solutions and Engagement Manager in delivering innovative intelligence solutions and driving engagement for the Risk Intelligence Center (RIC). The specialist will assist with operational, administrative, and strategic initiatives to ensure seamless alignment between the RIC, Securitas business units, and external stakeholders.
This is a dynamic role requiring strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a customer-centric mindset. The position offers opportunities for growth and professional development within a global intelligence and security framework.
Working within a dynamic and demanding environment, the role requires flexibility and agility, including mobilizing on short notice to meet operational requirements and some evening work. Travel may be required to visit customers on occasion. Responsibilities will evolve over time, with opportunities for ongoing development and progression.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of actionable intelligence solutions.
- Support the alignment of business and customer needs by coordinating between the RIC and global Securitas business units.
- Help maintain the RIC chargeback month on month.
- Support with bid material in the form of intelligence insights & examples.
- Production of finished intelligence products autonomously, or with support / supporting seniors, including (but not limited to) alerts, analysis (assessments, reports, etc.), and investigations. This includes both written products and verbal presentations.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and awareness of RIC services.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and global partners to enhance service delivery and business growth.
Project and Performance Management
- Coordinate and track projects related to RIC solutions, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain documentation, training schedules, and reporting for the Intelligence Solutions team.
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and training sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Service Development and Innovation
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to assist in the continuous improvement of intelligence solutions.
- Support service digitization initiatives and other developmental projects as directed.
Other Duties
- Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues to foster team development and efficiency.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Intelligence Solutions and Engagement Manager.

Essential Skills
Essential
- Minimum 2+ years in an intelligence support, project coordination, or customer engagement role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in dynamic environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage time effectively across multiple time zones.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally and adapt to irregular working hours as required.
Desirable
- Experience in intelligence, security, or related fields.
- Familiarity with customer success or business-to-business (B2B) operations.
- Basic project management skills or certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
- Knowledge of threat intelligence, protective services or security solutions.
