Trading Standards Enforcement Officer

BR9 to BR13 £34,975 to £47,745 - depending on qualifications and experience. FIXED TERM (6 MONTHS) CONTRACT.

Bromley have a full time, although we would consider reduced hours, fixed term vacancy in the Trading Standards team for an Enforcement Officer who holds a Trading Standards qualification or has significant Trading Standards related experience.

We are looking for an organised, motivated officer with a high level of professional ability in a wide range of areas including doorstep crime, protecting the vulnerable, and regulatory work. You need to be an excellent communicator, with strong investigative skills and have a flexible approach. A clear understanding of relevant legislation and processes will be vital, along with the ability to work under pressure either as part of a team or on your own.

Bromley have locally determined pay and conditions, and your salary is dependent on experience and qualifications.
