Resolution Team Assistant

The purpose of this role is to provide the highest possible standard of service to members of the Public contacting the police to report a crime.

To ascertain appropriate details from callers in relation to crime reported, to facilitate the creation of a crime report on Police Scotland systems, in accordance with Force and National guidelines.
