We are looking for someone to #JoinUs as an Operational Business Support Administrator in our Crime & Criminal Justice Business Unit. Could you be who we are looking for?
About the team/Department you will be joining:
We are a small team based in The Kingsway, Bridgend providing administrative assistance to the Crime & Criminal Justice Portfolio including the Covert Operations Management Unit, Force Intelligence, Organised Crime Unit, Economic and Cyber Crime Unit, Major Crime Investigation Team and Justice Services.
About the role and your key responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be an integral member of the Business Unit providing general administrative assistance to the Crime & Criminal Justice Portfolio and the Command Team.
You will produce audio transcripts of tape recorded interviews and the completion of documentation in relation to the investigation of serious and organised crime.
You will assist the Command Team by producing minutes of meetings attended in person and via Microsoft Teams.
What skills and experience do we need you to bring to the role:
You will require excellent audio and copy typing skills, have completed RSA II or an equivalent qualification and produce accurate minutes of meetings.
You will be highly organised with previous administrative experience, computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Applications.
You must be enthusiastic, work well as a team but have the initiative and confidence to work as an individual.
