Are you an organised individual who is customer focused?  This is a vital role where you will support the effective control of firearms and ammunition, helping ensure public safety and compliance with legislation.  

This is not purely an administrative position - although current IT skills are essential, your role will be varied.  You will conduct visits to applicants premises, carry out suitability reviews and make risk based recommendations.  You will be working directly with the public as well as collaborating closely with police colleagues and other public service partners.  

No previous experience in firearms licensing is required as full training will be provided.
