We are looking for someone to #JoinUs as a Witness Care Officer in our Witness Care Team . Could you be who we are looking for?

About the team/Department you will be joining:

We are a unique team supporting victims and witnesses through the court process.

The team are based at Talbot Green Police Station.

About the role and your key responsibilities:

To provide a single point of contact for victims and witnesses and undertake a needs assessment approach to victim and witness care.

What skills and experience do we need you to bring to the role:

 To provide a single point of contact for victims and witnesses and undertake a needs assessment approach to victim and witness care.

To undertake general administrative duties.

Receive, respond and investigate enquiries from customers, including complex queries related to area of work.

Provide relevant information, on the phone, face-to-face and/or electronic based.

The successful Candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to RV Vetting.
