We are currently recruiting for a Change and Continuous Improvement Manager

We are seeking an organisational change professional to work at a senior level providing strategic direction in the design, development and delivery of transformational change and continuous improvement.  

 

You will be responsible for the delivery of an extensive programme of organisational change and continuous improvement reviews in support of our Strategic Delivery Plan to optimise our efficiency and effectiveness, resulting in evidence based business benefits that will directly contribute to the delivery of the Force Savings Plan. As a member of the Corporate Development SLT, you will be required to lead a team of Change and CI staff and will have experience of engaging with people at all levels of an organisation to the support successful delivery of complex change programmes.

Role Purpose:

To be a professional lead in a wide range of Force level transformational change and continuous improvement specialist techniques. Improve organisational effectiveness and efficiency and be responsible for the professional development, management and delivery of strategic change and CI Programmes / Reviews focussing on the delivery of the Corporate Change Programme.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the Change and CI function, identifying and developing opportunities for improvement to ensure the delivery of the Force’s Plan on a Page.

 

Working directly with Strategic Leads with responsibility for the management and delivery of local, Force wide, Regional and national transformational Business Change Projects / Programmes covering the broad spectrum of cross-functional operational and support functions.

 

Build effective and professional relationships, participating in joint consultation and negotiation to drive and support high performance and continuous improvement.

 

Skills and experience:

 

  • Experience of specialist, professional transformational change and research methodologies in a service orientated environment including Lean and Operational Research techniques.
  • Has played a major role in the development of the strategic direction, organisational development and continuous improvement
