HR Advisor
Bring a solution focused approach to our HR Team, supporting our employees and safeguarding our force.
At EMSOU we are five forces, one team, innovating together to protect East Midlands communities from harm.
In this collaborative role, you'll maintain key relationships, offer expert advice, and achieve set goals. You'll also be proactive in seeking service improvements and driving efficiency as part of our commitment to continuous personal and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and integrate wellbeing initiatives in the workplace to enhance employee wellbeing.
- Manage establishment details and other management data, including performance management.
- Conduct research and offer guidance on regulations, policies, and procedures.
The must haves
- Experience of coordinating a complex caseload, resolving employment matters, and managing the needs and expectations of stakeholders
- Ability to provide accurate professional HR advice
- Experience of day-to-day core HR activities ensuring best practice, including dispute, employee relations and performance

For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
