Gone are the days of simply recruiting, here at NYP we are embarking on an exciting new focus to recruiting top talent and we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to help us achieve these ambitious plans.
As a Recruiter you will play a pivotal role in delivering our Talent Acquisition strategy through the day to day line management of a Resourcing Administrator and will work closely with hiring managers to truly understand their business areas and fulfil their current and future resourcing requirements.
With a passion for delivering an outstanding service to your customers you will be fundamental to shaping and improving the overall candidate and people journey from first point of contact through to first day of employment and beyond.
You will be a creative Recruiter who enjoys trying out new attraction channels, proactively seeking out high calibrate candidates to deliver a continuing pipeline of diverse talent for our wide variety of roles from support functions to specialist policing .
Key deliverables within the role will include:
- Knowing, understanding and leveraging the active and passive candidate markets
- Provide insights into respective labour markets
- Leveraging social media and brand
- Contribute to a reduction in cost per hire, agency and advertising spend
- Reduce time to hire and turnover
What you will bring to the role:
- Demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition - attracting, sourcing, recruiting and on-boarding across a multi-discipline and specialist vacancies
- Experience of using a broad range of sourcing techniques including, advertising, direct sourcing, social media, networking etc
- Use of candidate management / tracking systems
- Adapts well to an ever changing landscape, demonstrates resilience, flexibility and energy
- Line management experience
- High levels of planning and organisation skills, attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritise in a ever changing landscape.
- Results driven and first rate communicator who can quickly build relationships with key stakeholders and become a credible source of advice and knowledge
