Performance Analyst
Providing the insight that boosts force strategy
Working as a Performance Analyst, you’ll be supporting the force through data, analysis and accountability.
You’ll be responsible for producing detailed management information, performance statistics and insight analysis. You will deliver insights and make evidence-based decisions to inform operational and organisational strategy.
This role is offered as a 12 month Fixed Term Contract
What you’ll be doing
- Development of the performance framework
- Be part of discussions with senior officers in relation to current performance.
- Use analysis of previous and current trends, operational knowledge to inform planning and business decisions.
The must haves
- Ability to extract and combine large and complex datasets
- Able to understand and grasp new and/ or complex situations, conducting in depth analysis using a statistical approach.
- Proactively identify issues and opportunities that may impact organisation
