Calder Park, Wakefield

YHROCU are seeking to recruit Digital Forensic Investigators to join their Digital Forensic Unit based at Calder Park, Wakefield, providing specialist forensic support to serious organised criminal investigations.

This role is critical to the identification, preservation, analysis, and presentation of digital evidence, ensuring the highest standards of evidential integrity and professionalism are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct forensic examinations of computers, mobile devices, and digital storage media

•Recover, analyse, and interpret digital evidence in support of criminal investigations

•Produce clear, accurate, and evidentially robust statements and reports suitable for court proceedings

•Work closely with investigating officers, legal professionals, and other stakeholders

•Maintain continuity, security, and compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and codes of practice

Essential Requirements ( Please see role profile for full list)

•Demonstrable experience in digital forensics within law enforcement or a comparable environment

•Strong knowledge of digital forensic methodologies, tools, and evidential handling procedures

•High standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professional judgement

•Ability to manage complex workloads and meet investigative deadlines
