The OoCR is a busy and proactive team working directly with offenders and victims. Primarily, this is through face to face assessments and interventions using a variety of evidenced-based approaches.

The team is tight-knit and learning focused. There are opportunities to undertake training in various areas (for example, motivational interviewing techniques, drug awareness, public health approaches) and shadow both within the team and across other departments. There are also opportunities to take on projects based on your interests and experience in order to improve delivery or trial new ways of working.

Whilst this vacancy is based in Cornwall, there may be a requirement to travel to others areas of Devon and Cornwall as and when needed.
