- S26-003 P/T Divisional Support Administrator ( LC4)
Applications are invited for the post of Divisional Support Administrator within the Estates and Facilities Management Team based at Blackpool.
The purpose of this role is to assist the Divisional Support Team Leader in providing the Divisional Facilities Management (FM) Function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and manage customer expectations and build professional relationships with Divisional Colleagues.
- Raise purchase orders for products, supplies and services relevant to the FM function, taking deliveries and maintaining stock levels, check, code, and process invoices.
- Process internal and external post and uniform deliveries.
- Collect information on supplier and contractor performance and customer feedback.
- Contribute to projects in accordance with project plans
- Issue and control of access control of proximity cards.
- Issue lockers and PDA lockers to officers
- Assist in the administration of Health and Safety building related legislation, including fire evacuation and first aid box checks.
- Dealing with officers and staff when they attend the FM office for advice, stationery, pocket notebooks, PACE 8 forms.
- Process hire vehicle requests.
- Cover other sites within West Division to conduct full range of admin duties including issuing petty cash, top up DRI petty cash and top up the petty cash float at HQ Finance.

Skills and Experience:
Must possess or be willing to work towards, within a period of 3 years, a Business Administration or Facilities Management (Level 2) qualification.
Vetting and Medical:
Please be aware, as a condition of your appointment you must undergo and pass Recruitment Vetting (RV). Please be aware there is a minimum 3 year UK residency requirement for Recruitment vetting and you must be 18 years old at the point of applying. Successful applicants will also be subject to a medical assessment.
