National SARS Tactical Co-ordination and Support Officer

We are currently looking to recruit a National Subject Access Report (SARs) Tactical Co-ordination and Support Officer.  This role involves working with the Home Office and NPCC to co-ordinate and increase the use of national financial intelligence within Serious and Organised Crime.

The co-ordinator role is responsible for the activity and output of the National ROCU SARs Intelligence Development Team (SIDT), who are based in each ROCU and the City of London (10 Teams).

The SIDT work to identify methods and intelligence opportunities to disrupt criminal activity and remove funds from those involved in organised criminality.

The role is responsible for increasing awareness and education around financial intelligence within the ROCU network throughout the UK and Police Forces in England and Wales.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to become part of the national network. 

This role is suitable for part time/job share workers due to needs of the business.

The successful Candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to MV/SC Vetting.
