Programme and Delivery Manager
To provide strategic leadership for programme and performance management for the successful delivery of the Police, Crime & Justice Plan 2025–2029. The postholder will translate strategic objectives into measurable results, ensuring key programmes deliver tangible benefits for communities, victims, and partners across County Durham and Darlington.The role requires vision, rigour, and collaboration – driving continuous improvement, embedding evidence-based practice, and ensuring projects deliver on time, within budget, and with clear public value.
