Functions delivered by the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) will still be required under the new Mayoral model and TUPE (the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006) has applied where such transfers have occurred elsewhere in the country and should therefore apply to staff in the employment of the OPCC in Nottinghamshire at that time.

Please be assured that Nottinghamshire OPCC is working closely with the Mayor, EMCCA and the Derbyshire PCC and OPCC to ensure a smooth, orderly and well-planned transition. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes in the meantime, please feel free to contact a member of the OPCC team.
