Business Analyst - Change and Transformation - Grade G/I

The Change & Transformation Branch are looking for a Business Analyst to join their Central Design. This is an exciting time for Greater Manchester Police, who has set an ambitious transformation and change agenda. The Change & Transformation Branch is responsible for the portfolio of business change which consists of a few strategic programmes, each of which will bring transformational change across the organisation, including structures, processes and technology.
This role is responsible for delivering business analysis to support change initiatives across a large organisation, focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, and measurable benefits. Essential skills from a candidate includes:
• Proven experience in business analysis within large organisations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of BA tools and techniques (qualitive and quantitative -process mapping, data modelling gap analysis).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in change delivery and benefits tracking.

The position will be based at the Force Headquarters, but you will be required to work across multiple locations, depending on the needs of the project, and have a flexible approach to work, working outside normal hours. The post is a career graded post, with an additional 15% Market Rate Supplement.
