There is an exciting opportunity to join Cumbria Constabulary as an analyst under Standards, Insight & Performance command. You will be required to provide expertise through the development and use of analytical products to assist decision making at a strategic, tactical and operational level, and to fulfil reporting requirements. You will work with a variety of data and tools to extract actionable insights for stakeholders, both internal and external.

The role operates in line with the organisations Flexitime policy, which allows employees to work within the hours of 7am and 10pm, at the discretion of the Line Manager. The contracted place of work is Police Headquarters at Penrith, but agile working is available.

Candidates will also be required to complete an excel based Analyst Test, which will involve completion of tasks similar to those required in role. The test will take approximately one hour to complete. Passing of this process is compulsory, prior to any invite for interview.
