Job role: SLT Secretary
1 part time permanent post - Flexi-time - part-time - Job-share - 14:48 hours per week (Thursday & Friday), £25,242 to £26,703 per annum - pro rota.

West Yorkshire Police are excited to announce we are looking to appoint a part time SLT Secretary to provide an efficient and comprehensive support function. This post is for 14:48 hours per week, covering Thursday & Friday.
You would need excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build a rapport. Helping others and problem solving is also key to the role of SLT Secretary whilst delivering excellent customer service.
What you'll need:
• Basic knowledge of office systems and procedures.
• Knowledge of and the ability to operate computer systems such as Microsoft Office including word excel.
• Ability to successfully complete training in the use of relevant Force computer systems.
• Has basic understanding of General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
• Has basic knowledge of duties management and finance systems.
