HR Practitioner
Support our people, ensuring they perform at their best!
Join us as an HR Practitioner and play a key role in delivering a first-class HR service. You’ll provide expert operational advice and ensure a smooth delivery of key Business Plan objectives. Your expertise will guide managers on absence management and employment law and support on policy, reward, workforce planning and recruitment processes.
We have a permanent and 12-month fixed term position available.
You’ll be
- Proactively looking to improve and optimise the HR service provided.
- Supporting the HR Business Partner regarding change management.
- Advising, supporting and updating managers regarding policies, procedures and initiatives.
You must have
- Previous work providing generalist HR advise at all levels that varies in complexity.
- Experience using HR Management Information Systems to input, search and extract data.
- CIPD membership at New Associate level.
