- Genuine interest in HR and a strong desire to build a career in Human Resources.
- Professional, calm, and respectful approach when working under pressure.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude, with willingness to work across Greater Manchester.
- Enthusiastic about supporting a policing environment and contributing to HR initiatives.
To be eligible to apply, you are required to hold a GCSE English or Maths qualification at Grade 4/C or above, or equivalent.
The selection process will include an assessment and interview; further details to be confirmed if successful at shortlisting.
An attractive and competitive salary is provided: £16,278 per annum, rising to £19,278 per annum (subject to satisfactory attendance, performance, and qualification progress). After 12 months service, you will progress to the National Living Wage Foundation rate, currently £25,425 per annum.
