Salaries:

·       Superintendent: £80,784 - £95,025 

·       Chief Superintendent: £99,612 - £111,117

The role:

Applications are invited from substantive Superintendents and Chief Superintendents or those wishing to apply on promotion at these ranks.

Who are you?

You will already be a senior leader at substantive Superintendent or Chief Superintendent rank, or looking to take the next step in your career; seeking promotion to the rank of Superintendent or Chief Superintendent.

You will be a strong leader with a wealth of experience, valuing people and their wellbeing particularly during times of change and innovation.

You will be able to lead change with a level of critical thinking, consistently looking beyond the obvious and exploring alternatives.

You’ll be able to demonstrate your ability to quickly establish credibility with staff, partners, and our communities.

You will have the skills and behaviours to foster a culture where our workforce feels valued, listened to, and empowered. With a proven ability to develop and lead high performing teams and operational functions across all aspects of policing.
