Job Title: Central Intelligence Operator- HC622867
Location: Police operational HQ, Mottisfont court, Winchester
Salary: Scale 5, £30,333 - £32,613 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: Sunday 30th November 2025 at 23:59 hours
You will be the central point for receiving, researching and developing
intelligence from both internal and external sources, including other
law enforcement and government agencies.
You will produce clear and concise intelligence products that support operational
activity, risk management, investigations and safeguarding ensuring
all information is handled lawfully and in line with national intelligence standards.

Educated to QCF Level 2 (5 passes) OR work experience
deemed to have brought the postholder to a comparable
level.
To be computer literate.
Knowledge and understanding of relevant law, criminal
investigations, Intelligence and criminal justice processes.
Experience working under pressure, which includes
handling complex, confidential and sensitive data.
