Senior Solicitor (Conveyancing)

The Legal Services Department is now looking to expand to support the implementation of the Police Scotland Estates Masterplan. 

Key responsibilities of the role include -

To assist the Chief Legal Officer in the effective delivery of professional legal advice and guidance to the Chief Constable, Senior Management and other members of Police Scotland and in the execution of legal work, with a focus on conveyancing and property law.

The post holder will be engaged in a wide variety of conveyancing transactions and the provision of advice in the area of property law including acquisitions and disposals, commercial lease work of a complex or important nature, licences to occupy  and major Force projects.
