Analytical Researcher

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Performance Team as an analytical Researcher. You will be responsible for the provision of data and research in relation to organisational performance understanding, supporting data requirements for strategic and tactical level meetings as well as data provisions for partners. In addition to this, you will support Freedom of Information requests in compliance with legislation.

What You’ll Do

To research information sources, using appropriate software and skills to:

Assist in research projects and provide accurate information to enable the analytical process to take place effectively.

Assist and support analysts in preparation of a range of analytical products, including supporting documentation for force level governance meetings as well as ad-hoc requests from internal departments and external partners

Responsibility for collating, compiling and completing Home Office Returns (ADRs) and other local or national returns, such as for local authorities and the NPCC

To be responsible for the producing responses to Freedom of Information requests (FOI) in an accurate and timely manner.

Provide support across the performance team in servicing organisational requirements for performance data, information and analysis.
