Applications are invited from substantive Sergeants who have been confirmed in rank following completion of a minimum of 12 months.
We are looking to recruit Police Sergeant base managers at our base at NPAS Redhill. As a Base Manager on secondment to the National Police Air Service (NPAS), this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader to manage and develop a team of specialists consisting of 11 Tactical Flight Officers (TFO) and 5 Pilots as they (and you) use their bespoke skills and equipment to provide effective police air operations across England & Wales.
