Force Control Room Performance Officer (Job Share)

Durham Constabulary are currently looking for a Performance Officer to join their Systems Training and Performance Team part time alongside another employee as part of a job share

The successful candidate will:

Research a wide variety of information sources for the preparation and dissemination of Communications performance data and relevant requested reports.

Be responsible for monitoring and evaluating real-time and historical performance data within the Force Control Room.

Identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement in call handling and incident response

Produce detailed reports for senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators (KPI’s) and service level achievements

Assist with audits, inspections and compliance reviews

You will be experienced in collating reports from a wide range of sources and be inquisitive around data.

You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

You will work independently and as part of a team supporting the performance management in the Force Control Room.

Working in an environment where accuracy is key you will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with others in the department who use the data you will produce.
