EUD Operations & Events Coordinator

We are looking for an organised, detail – focused individual with the ability to juggle multiple priorities to join our team as a EUD Operations & Events Coordinator. This role will be vital in delivering the technology that empowers officers and staff to serve the public safely and effectively.
Your Role Includes:
- Planning, scheduling, and coordinating end user device deployments, refreshes, and upgrades
- Supporting digital tech logistics for policing events, training, and critical operations
- Managing inventory, asset tracking, and liaising with suppliers and service providers
- Acting as a key point of contact for operational teams and technical colleagues
- Monitoring and reporting on operations metrics, ensuring continuous improvement
- Supporting communications and engagement to keep teams informed and ready
The successful candidate will be based between Kidlington HQ & Southampton Central, however travel required to sites within Hampshire & Thames Valley region.
Due to the nature of this role a site presence will be required but there will also be some flexibility to work at home which will be agreed with the line manager.
The successful candidate must have capability to travel to different locations across both Forces and undertake all assignments in a timely manner. Due to the requirement to work flexibly, unsocial hours and personal safety for lone working; public transport may not be available or suitable at these times. For this reason a full UK driving licence is considered essential.
