We're currently welcoming applications from Constable transferees to join our team in 2026, with multiple intakes planned throughout the year. To be considered, please ensure your application is submitted by 31 October 2025.

We welcome applications from serving officers looking to transfer into our force, especially those eager to make a meaningful impact in the east of Lincolnshire. While we will consider requests for other locations, offers will be made in line with operational requirements — which are currently focused on Boston, Spalding, Skegness, and Mablethorpe.

At Lincolnshire Police, we don’t shy away from the challenges we face. As our Chief Constable has outlined, we are operating in a financially constrained environment and are currently in the ‘Engage’ phase of enhanced monitoring following our latest HMICFRS inspection. We're addressing a projected £19 million budget deficit by 2027/28, and we know this requires focus, resilience, and collective determination.

To support a smooth transition into Lincolnshire Police, we are pleased to offer a Transferring Officer Relocation Expenses Package for eligible applicants. This package allows transferees to claim up to £8,000 towards the costs associated with relocating to Lincolnshire.
