Working as a member of the ICT Business Development department and under the direction of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, with the support of the ICT Portfolio Manager, the purpose of the role is supporting project delivery of ICT enabled change by completing business process analysis, requirements engineering, testing new systems and supporting users on the launch of new ICT systems. Excellent business engagement and interpersonal skills alongside a willingness to learn are essential for this role.

Due to expansion of the workload coming through the Business Development department, we are looking to recruit candidates for a variety of permanent and temporary Business Development Analyst roles. Please indicate in your application, which role you are interested in.

1) BDA, Scale 6 £32247 to £34329 (1 permanent position, Various temporary positions - to March, or Dec 2026, or for 12 months from appointment). Candidates for these roles must meet all essential criteria on the role profile.

2) BDA Level 4 Apprenticeship Opportunity, Scale 5 £29109 to £31296 (Temp for 2 years, to allow apprenticeship completion). Candidates for these roles will need to meet the entry requirements for this programme:
.
A Level 3 qualification plus 12+ months of work experience, OR
.
A business-related degree (e.g. business, finance, economics, maths), OR
.
A non-business-related degree plus 6+ months of work experience, OR
.
A professional with 2+ years of relevant work experience in the Business Analysis field or similar
.
