- S25-276 ICT Applications Officer Team Leader (LC7)
Applications are invited for the post of ICT Applications Officer Team Leader within the ICT Applications Business Team based at Hutton.
As the ICT Applications Officer Team Leader, you will be responsible for a team of ICT Application Officers and Service Management with our third-party suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Using your IT & Service skills, developing your knowledge of the products, and experience of service delivery you will ensure that the team are able to provide the most effective support to all users.
- You will engage across the organisation, with partners and our third-party suppliers, representing the application team, and organisation, at internal and external meetings.
- You will enable the continuous development and improvement of ICT Applications and ensure that this is in support of business/process improvement.
- There will be an occasional requirement to perform on-call duties on an ad hoc basis for systems upgrades and if technical issues are being experienced outside of core hours.
Skills and Experience:
- ITIL Foundation or willingness to work towards.
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Experience of interrogating computer systems to produce accurate reports and management information (graphs, tables and statistics) to support and inform management decisions.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, Equality, Data Protection Principles and Community Legislation
