About the Role
As part of our Resourcing team, you’ll work closely with the Senior Resourcing Officer and Resourcing Manager to deliver an efficient, professional, and engaging recruitment service.
From promoting Lincolnshire Police as an employer of choice to advising managers on best practice, you’ll help identify and bring in people who truly align with our values and purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, ensuring candidates progress smoothly through pre-employment checks and queries are resolved quickly.
- Provide clear, expert advice to hiring managers and candidates on recruitment procedures for both Officer and Staff roles.
- Prepare accurate documentation, including correspondence and terms of employment, while ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our processes and deliver a high-quality, cost-effective service.
- Participate in selection activities and represent Lincolnshire Police at career fairs and recruitment events across the county.
