Office Manager (Hard Copy Remediation)

Key responsibilities of the role include -

Provide first line management of the staff and functions of the Hardcopy Data Remediation Team.
Responsible for the co-ordination of the administrative functions of the section, personnel issues, co-ordination of training requirements and liaison with internal Divisions/Department and external agencies.
Representing the Hardcopy Data Remediation Team at internal/external meetings as required.
Raise awareness, increase compliance and share good practice and expertise across the full range of remediation activity.
Ensure a high quality and consistent administration support service to customers and stakeholders in conjunction with the Police Scotland Record Retention SOP and data protection legislation.
To manage the handling of confidential data and be respectful of its sensitive nature.
