This is an exciting opportunity to contribute towards the ongoing development of the Continuous Improvement and Demand & Capability activities in Force with a focus on ensuring we are efficient and effective, having the right number of people with the right skills, in the right place at the right time.

Working within Corporate Services, you will be a subject matter expert and provide professional advice and guidance on escalated, varied and complex issues relating to area of work at both a strategic and tactical level.
 
The Role is to:

  • Assess requirements of customers and provide adequate support, advice and guidance
  • Develop, propose and implement appropriate Continuous Improvement and Demand Management systems and processes 
  • Organise and manage the day-to-day provision of Continuous Improvement and Demand and Capability activities to inform strategic and operational decisions
  • Effectively engage with internal colleagues across a range of support departments to ensure a coordinated approach to Continuous Improvement and Demand Management

Your Experience:

  • You must have experience of demand modelling and resource management systems (e.g. Process Evolution software)
  • You must have an in-depth knowledge of using Continuous Improvement tools and techniques to deliver change
  • You must have the ability to manage multiple pieces of work under a change programme
  • You must be able to analyse qualitative and quantitative information
  • You must have experience of advising, negotiating and influencing at a senior level
  • You must have experience of benefits realisation
