Operational Planning Officer

The Resource Management Unit provide a force critical service that resources daily policing, Major Incidents and Mutual Aid. Planners will manage abstractions including Sickness, training and Court to ensure the force can still provide a workforce to police Lincolnshire. Plans and manages the shift patterns/rosters As a Resource Planner, your role is to ensure that resources are effectively and efficiently deployed, within the constraints of the appropriate budgets, to meet a diverse range of operational requirements of the force.

Shift pattern - Monday to Friday in-between 0730 - 1700 with flexibility provided the hours are fitted in and agreed with the line manager.
