Are you experienced in administration and you want to help your local community? 

 

 

 

The successful candidate will support the Inspire network with administrative duties. Inspire is the network for all women in Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary. Our mission is to help women in the organisation reach their full potential by working with the force to remove barriers and make progress. Inspire exists as a forum for women in the organisation to look at specific issues that may impact on them in the workplace.  

 

 

Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

 

 

1. To assist with monitoring the Inspire network mailboxes and respond to queries appropriately, raising issues and signposting to the most relevant support member.

 

2. To support the setup of, and attend the various Inspire network meetings, assisting with the recording and circulation of meeting minutes and actions.

 

3. To support the PPST team with booking Inspire JRFTs, assisting with the register and recording of results.

 

4. To manage the buddy list for the Menopause Action Group.

 

5. To assist with maintaining the various intranet pages, ensuring they are up to date with the most recent information.

 

6. To give regular and effective service.
