Location: Northallerton/Thirsk (with occasional travel across North Yorkshire)
Salary: Grade 2/3 – £23,286 to £25,626 (FTE)
Contract: Permanent – NYFRS
Hours: 18.5 per week

Wednesday & Thursday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 4:30pm

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented administrator to join our dedicated Health, Safety and Wellbeing team. This is a unique opportunity to work across both Health & Wellbeing and Health & Safety functions, supporting vital services for North Yorkshire Police (NYP), North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service (NYFRS), and the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner (OPFCC).

???? What You’ll Be Doing:

Be the friendly face and first point of contact for wellbeing services.
Prepare and manage documentation for medical appointments and referrals.
Handle sensitive data with care and precision.
Maintain accurate employee records and support diary management.
Respond to queries with empathy and professionalism.
Assist in coordinating wellbeing events across the region.
Liaise with external agencies and help produce training materials.
Contribute to service improvements and provide insightful data reports.
