Administrative Officer (Regional Collaboration)
Administrative Officer based at Middlemoor, Exeter
18.5 hours a week, Grade 4 (£26,106 - £28,653 pro rata) plus benefit package including local Government pension and flexi time.
Working for the Regional Collaboration Advisor you will work closely to build and develop the relationships of the 5 Police and Crime Commissioners, their police forces and external partners. You will have a political interest as well as a keen interest in policing. You will be able to demonstrate working with a range of high calibre stakeholders and used to balancing their demands, environments and associated pressures.
The role is of administrative support so on an average day you could be organising meetings for the 5 regions, scheduling dates, venues, agendas, circulating papers and taking minutes.
You will be IT literate and used to writing reports, interrogating data via spreadsheets, drafting formal letters and working on partnership/collaborative newsletters.
You will be required to attend some meetings over the 5 regions either in person or via Teams therefore will need flexibility on your working days.

Selection Stage
Shortlisting: your CV and cover statement will be shortlisted by Tuesday 26th August 2025. It will be assessed against the Essential Criteria section on the role profile.
Interview and Assessment: those successful at shortlisting will be invited to attend the interview and assessment. This stage will consist of a structured interview and an assessment in the form of a work-related exercise, which will both take place on the same day during week commencing Monday 1st September 2025.
The interview questions will be based on the Competency and Values Framework (CVF).
