Salary: £39,813 – £42,897 per annum

West Yorkshire Police is seeking two experienced and motivated Digital Supply Chain Analysts to join the Digital Innovation team within the Digital Policing Directorate, based at our Wakefield Headquarters.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with digital suppliers, partners, and internal services. You will lead on centralised digital supplier and contract management, ensuring optimal value for money and alignment with organisational goals. A key part of your role will be monitoring supplier spend against budget and supporting digital asset management to maximise the effective use of assets across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive performance, innovation, and collaborative partnerships.
• Monitor key contract performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure supplier effectiveness.
• Analyse supplier invoices, billing data, end-user usage, and cost forecasts to identify efficiencies and savings.
• Manage contract administration and develop accurate annual budget forecasts for managed contracts.
• Support procurement activities and lead procurement exercises valued under £50,000.

About You
• Have demonstrable experience managing complex, high-value contracts.
• Hold a CIPS qualification or equivalent in contract management, or possess substantial relevant experience.
• Are skilled in using KPIs to enhance supplier performance.
• Can build effective relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Have a strong track record in problem-solving, asset management, data analysis, and budget management.
