Business Support Coordinator

Deliver seamless estates and facilities support to East Midlands Special Operations Unit.

Join us on a 28-hour per week contract as a Business Support Coordinator and lead the management of our facilities. Using your expertise, you’ll ensure our buildings comply with security and Health and Safety measures. You’ll offer first-class customer service in a reception capacity, welcoming visitors and providing clerical support in a highly confidential environment.

You’ll be

  • Coordinating building maintenance, including scheduling contractors to carry out works.
  • Accurately inputting, updating and monitoring data in departmental databases.
  • Supporting with administration of fleet vehicle related matters.

You must have

  • Good building maintenance, Health & Safety and reception duty understanding.
  • Experience managing contracts and seeking out value for money.
  • Administration experience and working to strict deadlines.
