Business Support Coordinator

Deliver seamless estates and facilities support to East Midlands Special Operations Unit.

Join us on a 28-hour per week contract as a Business Support Coordinator and lead the management of our facilities. Using your expertise, you’ll ensure our buildings comply with security and Health and Safety measures. You’ll offer first-class customer service in a reception capacity, welcoming visitors and providing clerical support in a highly confidential environment.

You’ll be

Coordinating building maintenance, including scheduling contractors to carry out works.
Accurately inputting, updating and monitoring data in departmental databases.
Supporting with administration of fleet vehicle related matters.

You must have

Good building maintenance, Health & Safety and reception duty understanding.
Experience managing contracts and seeking out value for money.
Administration experience and working to strict deadlines.
