Criminal Justice (CJ) Process Innovation Analyst
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Criminal Justice in Thames Valley Police. Analysing and reimagining processes and procedures in conjunction with the Police front line, Crown Prosecution Service, Youth Justice and the courts with key partners and stakeholders to ensure that we optimise the opportunities for swift, effective justice from “Caught to Court”.
The successful candidate will have vision, creative problem solving skills, great communication skills and a passion for integrating technology into established processes. You will enjoy presenting solutions with compelling evidence both internally and externally. Your great listening skills, collaboration and practical, hands on, result focussed tenacity will be vital in achieving solutions that work in an operational setting. This is a forcewide post. The key location can be flexible depending on the location of the successful candidate but could require attendance at any force location.
