Senior Field and User Support Analyst
Digital Policing Directorate
Location: Bradford/Wakefield
1 full-time permanent posts of 37 hours.
Salary: £42,897.00 - £46,503.00 per annum
West Yorkshire Police are looking to appoint a Senor Field and User Support Analyst to join the Digital Policing Directorate based in Bradford/Wakefield. The successful candidates will install, support and maintain network and mobile communication devices, to ensure provision of specified services and that they meet associated service level agreements and along with working with other Seniors, oversee the daily running of the team.
The ideal candidate will have proven relevant practical experience and technical knowledge to support a wide range of devices utilising appropriate support tools, experience of IT second line support, ideally relating to a computing environment, an understanding of the importance of, and experience of, supporting customers.
The successful applicants must be willing and able to travel for business purposes and participate in a call-out/standby rota, as occasionally they will be required to work outside normal 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
