IT Engineer Infrastructure

To provide professional technical solutions and support for Information Technology Systems within the parameters of the Departments Service Level Agreements, the Service Catalogue and ITIL.

What You’ll Do

To carry out maintenance, configuration, testing, implementation and undefined of the IT server environment to include physical/virtual servers (VMWare), and associated Storage Area Networks.

In addition to excellent problem-solving skills the following Technical Skills are required:

Virtualization preferably VMWare vSphere

Microsoft Server Including Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS and Azure.

To carry out maintenance, configuration, testing, implementation and undefined of IT client devices both fixed and mobile using Enterprise Management Tools.

To provide 2nd and 3rd line technical undefined to the Service Desk for the resolution of IT incidents, ensure resolution within SLA and update the Help Desk system.

To deliver IT solutions defined by the Infrastructure Team Leader in accordance with agreed force projects.
