- S25-181 ICT Applications Analyst (LC7)
Applications are invited for the post of ICT Application Analyst within the ICT Information and Communications Technology Division based at Hutton Headquarters.
As an ICT Applications Analyst you will be the third line support for all critical and strategic ICT applications throughout the Constabulary.
Key Responsibilities:
- To support, develop and upgrade all critical ICT applications for Lancashire Constabulary, linking in with business Owners to ensure that full system capability is being utilised and maintained in line with Force policies and strategy.
- You will be required to work as part of the Applications Team, which will include undertaking system administration ensuring that development and local configuration is undertaken in support of business/process improvement.
- Managing development/changes from conception through to deployment ensuring system and procedural factors are considered and, being aware of evolving national platform changes.
- Working closely with the product owners of third-party suppliers ensuring a comprehensive understanding of all critical ICT applications both technical and procedural.
- Communicating across the organisation and relevant parties, in respect of System Support, including representing the Applications support team at relevant forums.

Skills and Experience:
Candidates must hold ITL Foundation or be willing to work towards it whilst in post.
